For over four decades, the Omicron Iota Chapter of Westchester County has awarded our scholarship to deserving African-American and Latino, college bound seniors that demonstrate our four cardinal principles of MANHOOD, SCHOLARSHIP, PERSEVERENCE, AND UPLIFT through their academic performance.
